Welcome to my site, my passion, and joy! I am Kyra Page, the Owner and Founder of Energy Matrix, it brings me joy to share my 24 years of education and experience in health, psychiatry, fitness, and energy healing. 

 

My approach to igniting your mind, body, and soul to thrive is through holding a safe trauma-informed energy space, and gently melding energy psychology, nervous system soothing, and energy healing.  The healing that occurs in your session is rooted in your wisdom of your body, and it's natural power to thrive. I work with you to end any health, relationship, and/or career dissatisfaction! This includes: chronic pain, ease auto-immune symptoms, reduce menstrual cycle and menopause suffering, lose excess weight, build strength and muscle, and enhance your athletic performance.
